Welp, it’s back to work for this girl… I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks off. (Recap of my goals coming soon).. but I do love being back on schedule. My body even knows the schedule… I am quite regular, if ya know what I mean. 😉

Started off my day at 5:30am sharing my carrot with my fur baby. Sharing is caring, right?

After CrossFit, I was famished! We did a huge workout of:::
A descending ladder 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of ManMakers*.. which I would like to refer to as (Wo)ManMakers. Thank you. Between each set, we had to run 200m. It was a rough one–but such a GREAT workout.
*ManMakers: Using dumb bells, do a pushup, row with one arm, push up, row the other arm, jump up, feet together, overhead press.
At 7:50, I enjoyed my usual coffee with Silk Almond Milk & cinnamon, a Fuji apple, and a side of 2 tablespoons of peanut flour..
In case you missed it on instagram the other day, Silk featured my picture! On Monday, they reposted my pic and asked if anyone needed an afternoon pick-me-up? hehe.. I was honored to have them post my pic!
Enough of me braggin’ 😉
Along with breakfast, I had a FAILED Cookie Dough Protein Shake. FYI:: It should not be green, but once I tasted it and realized I need to tweak the recipe more, I threw some spinach into it.
Hopefully I will get this recipe down soon!
By 8am, I was on number 3 of this Trenta-sized bottle of agua..
While eating breakfast, I found this fact in the Union Tribune San Diego.. Thought it was interesting & disgusting, at the same tie. The Major League speed-eating for pepperoni pizza (with cheese) is 252 slices in 6 minutes. SERIOUSLY?!? To me, that is insane.
My favorite part is the last sentence of:: “Warning: Most of these records are held by professional eaters; the rest by people who should find something better to do.” Amen.
Lunch came quickly at 11:45 and I thoroughly enjoyed this sweet combo..
Whole Wheat bread, Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese, and Strawberries– kinda like a strawberry cheesecake at noon! (p.s.. I had 2 pieces of bread and 3 strawberries with one cheese.)
A bag of broccoli was also consumed.. I heart raw broccoli ❤
I got home from work around 5pm and had a snack..

I made a new recipe for dinner (6:45) featuring Laughing Cow! It involved chicken, the yummy cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Recipe will be posted tomorrow!My night time snack (8:00) comes quickly, but no matter what–I always want it.. I crave the sweets. To keep with my laughing cow themed day, I had a laughing cow on a banana. It was a delicious balance of sweet and creamy.
