I hope you are all having a superb Sunday.. Remember, if you don’t plan out your meals and workouts ahead of time, chances are they will not happen!!

Dinners

Sunday: chicken & veggie soup

Monday: grilled chicken salad

Tuesday: Olive Garden (gift certificate): endless soup and salad!

Wednesday: sweet potato, chicken, & side salad

Thursday: brinner: eggs, cabbage

Friday: salt & pepper pork chops, green beans

Saturday: whatever night

Workouts

Sunday: crossfit

Monday: crossfit

Tuesday: rest? crossfit if not tired =)

Wednesday: crossfit

Thursday: crossfit

Friday: crossfit

Saturday: rest

Sunday: hike
